The young Swedish soprano Erika Roos has made several highly successful appearances in Germany and she is quickly gaining reputation. Upcoming highlights include Agathe in Der Freischütz at Theater Dortmund as well as Donna Anna in Don Giovanni, Antonia in Les Contes d’Hoffmann and Regan in Aribert Reimann’s Lear at the Komische Oper Berlin.

The tenor Magnus Staveland (born in 1979), has in the season 2008/09 made his debut at Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Théâtre de La Monnaie in Brussels and at the Staatsoper Berlin  
 
Forthcoming engagements include Tamino in Die Zauberflöte at the Festival d'Aix-en-Provence, Medoro in Haydn’s Orlando Paladino at the Innsbrucker Festwochen der alten Musik with the conductor René Jacobs, Aret in Haydn’s Philemon und Baucis in Siena and Montpellier with the conductor Fabio Biondi as well as in Potsdam with the conductor Gary Cooper, Purcell’s King Arthur in Paris and Toulouse with the conductor Christophe Rousset, Don Ottavio in Don Giovanni at the Drottningholm Festival in Stockholm with the conductor Mark Tatlow, Lucano, Soldati 1 and Famigliari 2 in L'Incoronazione di Poppea at the Norwegian National Opera with the conductor Alessandro De Marchi.He will also perform as well as record Berardo in Scarlatti’s Carlo, re d'Allemagna with the conductor Fabio Biondi.   

 
The baritone Audun Iversen (born in 1977) also graduated from the Royal Opera Academy in Copenhagen in June 2008.  
 
Upcoming Upcoming engagements include the title role in Eugene Onegin at the Royal Danish Opera, Albert in Werther at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, the Count in Le nozze di Figaro at Deutsche Oper Berlin,the title role in Don Giovanni with Glyndebourne Touring Opera, the title role in Eugene Onegin at Opéra de Lille as well as at Théâtre de Caen, Norway, and Masetto in a new film version of Don Giovanni.

 
The baritone Johannes Weisser (born in 1980) will sing Guglielmo in a new production of Cosi fan tutte at the Salzburg Festivaln the summer of 2009.     
 
Other engagements will include Guglielmo in Cosi fan tutte at Opéra national du Rhin Strasbourg,Mr. Flint in Billy Bud at Opera Bilbao, Tobit in Haydn’s Il ritorno di Tobia in Rome with the conductor Fabio Biondi, Handel’s Messiah in Madrid with the conductor Alan Curtis, the title role in Mendelssohn’s Paulus with São Paulo Symphony Orchestra, Valens in Handel’s Theodora in Cuenca with the conductor Alan Curtis, Cantatas by Bach with the Belgian orchestra B’Rock, Brahms’ Requiem with Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra, Haydn’s Die Jahreszeiten with Aarhus Symphony Orchestra, and Bach’s Mass in B minor in Oslo.

Appearances have included Amélite in Rameau’s Zoroastre at Opéra Comique Paris, Susanna in Le nozze di Figaro the Royal Danish Opera, Adina in L'elisir d'amore with the Danish National Opera, Fiakermilli in Arabella and Echo in Ariadne auf Naxos at Bayerische Staatsoper München, and most lately; Angelica in Haydn’s Orlando Paladino at Innsbrucker Festwochen der alten Musik with the conductor René Jacobs.
 
Upcoming highlights include Pamina in Die Zauberflöte, Micaëla in Carmen and the demanding title role in Alban Berg’s Lulu.
